iBasso DX170 adopts a specially designed FPGA Master audio architecture that is supported by dual independent NDK femtosecond crystal oscillators. This FPGA Master takes the audio signal directly from the SoC chipset and brings it directly onto the DAC chips for decoding. It works as a single master clock for the entire system inside the DX170, effectively improving the precision of the sound output and the synchronization of the different chips together.
DX170 features the latest-gen Dual DAC chipset from Cirrus Logics. The player adopts two CS43131 32-Bit DAC chipset that provides exceptional performance in decoding high-resolution audio signals. The player supports high-resolution 32-Bit/384kHz PCM, Native DSD256, and full 8x MQA signals. It decodes them with great precision and clarity achieving ultra-low THD+N Harmonic Distortion ratings.
iBasso DX170 is a full-blown Android Hi-Res Player equipped with the latest Android 11. It allows the users to choose their preferred media application from the PlayStore. iBasso has featured the latest-gen Rockchip SoC(RK3566) with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM for easy and smooth user interface. 2GB RAM with this high-performance four-core SoC chip allows the users to easily use different applications on the DX170 without any lag or delay.
