High-Performance Dual-Cavity DLC Dynamic Driver
Equipped with a 10mm high-performance dual-chamber dynamic driver unit. It adopts a new-generation DLC material diaphragm, N52 Neodymium stron magnetic circuit, high-tension ultra-fine voice coil wire, resonance suppressing Dual-cavity structure, and many more professionally designed acoustic structures. A New Generation DLC Diaphragm
KIMA adopts a new-generation DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragm. Compared to a traditional DLC diaphragm, this new generation diaphragm has a uniform structure that enhances the rigidity and damping characteristics greatly reducing the total harmonic distortion and further optimizing the acoustic performance. The Full frequency response is more accurate and efficient.
Micro-Control Airflow Front & Rear Cavity Structure
DUNU KIMA features a micro-controller placed in the air holes of the front and rear chambers. This creates a unique front and rear chamber airflow-balanced micro-control system. It's designed after a lot of research and simulation tests, fully taking into account the high-performance dynamic driver's air intake requirements and soundproofing.
Well-designed facepanel and High-Density Alloy Shells
Kima' s facepanel is divided into four asymmetric inclined planes separated by K-shaped convex lines to achieve a three-dimensional visual perception. Combined with the reflective metallic texture, it shows different light and shadow effects. The ear shells for Kima are crafted using high-density metallic alloy. The high-density alloy material is melted and cast and then undergoes many processes such as fine carving, repairing, grinding, etc for a smooth finish. After special sandblasting, the shells have a delicate, nicely textured in-hand feel. The all-metal cavity structure has a high appearance and provides stable acoustic performance.
Premium Single-Crystal Silver-Plated Copper Cable
DUNU Kima includes a high-purity 4-strand single-crystal copper silver-plated cable. it's a high-efficiency cable that ensures top-quality sound performance. The cable has Litz braided structure. It has insulating outer shielding which protects the signal from outer interferences and delivers pure sound. Standard 2-pin 0.78mm connectors, the pair is widely compatible and is easy to use. It has custom high-penetration pin molds with red marks on the right side to quickly distinguish the pins on both sides.
