Moondrop has designed the Droplet with a customized full-frequency nozzle-less balanced armature driver configuration, which can greatly reduce external noise and obtain an immersive audio-visual experience.
Optimised Digital Signal Processing
Through the built-in DSP of audio SOC in USB-C interface, the sound characteristics of this customized nozzle-less balanced armature of The Droplet are precisely tuned, bringing the smooth and gorgeous signature, as well as sufficient bass quantities. The chip is integrated with decoding and amplification circuits, which simplifies the portable HIFI system.
Professional Sound Adjustments
The Moondrop VDSF Target Response is a parametric target response that delivers outstanding sound with an open soundstage and detailed sound characteristics. Special Droplet Metal Shape
The shape of the Droplet is inspired by a novel called 《The Three-Body Problem》. 《The Three-Body Problem》 tells about the information exchange, life-and-death struggle between human and Three-Body civilizations on earth, and the rise and fall of the two civilizations in the universe. 《The Three-Body Problem》 have been recognized and loved by the majority of science fiction fans. Moondrop Droplet has got rich ear shells designed using a high-quality CNC machining process. They are made up of solid brass material carved from Brass using a high-precision CNC machining process and later finished with chrome plating with a smooth and shiny surface. Don’t get fooled by the compact size of the Droplet’s ear shells, they are robust and highly durable.
