The Topping HS02 features two input interfaces including a USB Type-B and a USB Type-C and also houses two output interfaces including a USB Type-A and a USB Type-C, either of which can be connected for input and output. Both sides have a switch that can be used to switch between the input and output ports. For devices that actually take power from the USB port, you need to connect the HS02 with a 5V DC power so that it can supply the power to the USB DAC.
