DTC500 comes equipped with a flagship-level ES9038Q2M DAC chip. It’s a 32-bit decoding chipset that enables the DTC500 to support high-resolution PCM 32-Bit/768kHz and native DSD512 audio signals. The DAC chip is supported by an ultra-low jitter clock crystal oscillator that provides asynchronous signal input bypassing the USB and SRC limitations. DUNU has featured a powerful amplification section on the DTC500. It houses two RT6863 amplification chips that produce a powerful output thrust with a clean background and lower distortion. DTC500 features dual headphone output sockets supporting single-ended 3.5mm and balanced 4.4mm headphones. The output power rating of DTC500 is 200mW which is adequate for most IEMs and low-power requiring headphones.
