This time we will focus on the EKSA E1000. EKSA is a sister brand of OneOdio.
Basic specifications
- Frequency responce: 20-20kHz
- Impedance: 32Ω
- Sensitivity: 118dB
Unboxing
The contents include the headphones and a manual. Package contents are standard for a Chinese gaming headset in this price range. Audio input / output is for USB only.
Fit
For me, the fit is normal. The width of the headband in the shortest state is a little wider, so a person with a small head may feel loose. The lateral pressure is not strong, but the degree of airtightness is not high, and depending on the person, the low range may be slightly missed.

Measuring equipment
- SAMURA HATS Type3500RHR System: HEAD & TORSO, left and right S-Type ear model (Type4565 / 4566: IEC60268-7 compliant)
- AWA type 6162 711 ear simulator
- Microphone preamplifier: Type4053
- Type5050 microphone amplifier power supply
- Audio interface: ROLAND Rubix 24
- Analyzer software: TypeDSSF3-L
*Due to the response of the ear simulator, the reliability below 20hz and above 16khz is not high.

It has a fairly interesting frequency characteristic such as a V shape or a U shape with many flat parts. As the overall balance is strong from the low range to the lower mid range, it may be defined as a warm sound.
Frankly speaking, I think that it is better for a gaming headset to have a slightly higher range. This Headset is well-balanced and easy to listen to chat and narration. The low frequencies are not too noisy, and the footsteps may be suppressed because there are some areas where it is easy to get out from the fitting, but I do not get tired of listening.
I think it's a bit unsatisfactory to use for FPS, because I feel that something like a gunshot in the distance is a little hard to hear because the high frequencies are calm.
It's a sound that emphasizes listening comfort, and I think it's great for enjoying RPGs, adventures, simulations, and action games for a long time. It seems to be a well-balanced sound with a level of detail that seems to be suitable for maintaining proper concentration for a long time.
Recording signature
Please refer to the following for the basic principles of recording signatures and how to enjoy them.
The recording signature is posted for advisory. Free sound field adjustment is applied, and the source is PC.
The music used in the recording signature is from the game maker Nippon Falcom, which I love.

Final verdict

The sound quality is well balanced, and there are some areas where you will not get tired even after listening for a long time. These headphones are comfortable to listen to for long-time gaming. Since the midrange is solid, the narration is easy to hear and the sound is stable. It's probably not a bad fit, but it can be a little loose for people with small heads.
