Features of the Shuoer EJ07
The Shuoer EJ07 is Shuoer's flagship in IEMs.
It features a 10mm custom-tuned dynamic driver to handle the low frequencies, dual Knowles balanced armature drivers for the midrange, and a single Sonion EST driver to provide crisp detail in the highs. These earphones produce unparalleled sound quality. The lows are fast and deep, with natural and realistic vocals, and the highs are crisp and detailed. The highs are very detailed and show an early roll-off, but no signs of stinging or grating.
The earphones are well constructed and have a gleaming design with a faceplate with a transparent inner housing. Through the transparent housing, you can see the drivers are placed neatly and precisely inside the shell. A 6N OCC pure monocrystalline copper cable is included.
Flagship Electrostatic IEM
The Shuoer EJ07 is the flagship earphone of the Shuoer brand! The Shuoer EJ07 features one Sonion high frequency electrostatic driver, two Knowles armature drivers and one 10mm customized dynamic driver. Not only that, but this earphone uses a high performance 3-way construction. The sound reproduced from the Shuoer EJ07 is balanced, and the full range of sound can be clearly reproduced.
Excellent hybrid configuration
Sonion's electrostatic drivers for high frequencies are included in the Shuoer EJ07, which makes the high frequency sound of these earphones powerful, the sound has strong penetration, and the power is strong whether you are listening to female highs or instruments. The two Knowles armature drivers in the Shuoer EJ07 also give the Shuoer EJ07 a very high level of analysis in the vocal domain. The Knowles armature driver is able to clearly reproduce the sound of the vocal area. It's as if the performer is singing right next to your ear. It brings a strong sense of realism. Along with that, the Shuoer EJ07 is equipped with a single 10mm customized dynamic driver. The Shuoer EJ07 is equipped with a single 10mm customized dynamic driver, which allows it to go deeper when reproducing bass and drum sounds. In addition, the Shuoer EJ07 uses a professional 3-way structure to ensure that the sound in each register flows in a balanced manner.
Excellent tuning technology
The Shuoer EJ07 uses excellent tuning techniques, including Sonion's electrostatic drivers for the high frequencies, which are lightweight and feature low distortion. The Knowles armature driver is able to reproduce vocals well. For low frequency sounds, the 10 mm customized dynamic driver provides its own advantages perfectly. These three types of drivers combine reasonably well to bring you a better sound quality experience.
High quality cable
The Shuoer EJ07 comes with a two-pin 6N single crystal copper OCC cable. The cable has a nylon surface treatment, which increases the service life of the cable. The cable also has excellent signal transmission power. The signal is transmitted with almost no loss during transmission. The design of this re-cable function is DIY-able for earphones. The user can freely combine the earphone and cable.
The appearance of the Shuoer EJ07 package is a bit simple considering its price.
There is no shortage of accessories. The package includes the following:
- Shuoer EJ07
- A total of 8 silicone eartips in 3 types (S/M/L)
- Foam eartips
- Cleaning tool
- 0.78mm 2pin cable for 2.5mm balanced connection
- 2.5mm to 3.5mmSE conversion adapter
- 2.5mm to 4.4mm conversion adapter
- Carrying case
The build quality of the Shuoer EJ07 is exquisite. The medical-grade resin ear shells are of high quality, and the wiring that can be seen from the inside has been carefully assembled.
The design is not novel, even rather plain, but the overall construction is excellent.
The housing is a bit large, but the custom IEM-like design sits well in the ear.
The Shuoer EJ07 is quite close to a free-field flat sound, and the electrostatic drivers provide plenty of high frequency extension. However, the sound is not the stickiness that is typical of flat sound. Overall, the sound emphasizes staging and has an excellent sense of depth. The tuning is such that you can feel the solid forward localization of the free-field system.
It is a midrange-oriented sound that emphasizes localization so that very textured and natural vocals can be heard almost in the front row.

Sound quality general comment
- Original sound fidelity: A+
- Recommendation: A-
- Personal preference: B+
The Shuoer EJ07 is an earphone with a very natural midrange texture, yet with high overall fidelity to the original sound. The sound field is wide and deep, and the music is localized in the back with a sense of distance, so there is no sense of listening fatigue.
The only drawback is that they tend to sound a little underpowered and lack dynamism.
On the other hand, the slightly less immersive musical expression may be ideal for listening to music as background music for reading or other hobbies or for getting work done.
Sound quality features
- Wide sound field
- Localization with depth
- Natural texture
- Constructive and solid contours
- Adequate focus on the midrange
- Good detail
- Less tiring to listen to
- Lack of immersion
- Lack of power
- Lacks dynamics
- Slightly lacking in clarity
The Shuoer EJ07 has a sound that is almost faithful to the flats, with a high level of overall original sound fullness and a natural texture in the midrange. The sound field is slightly localized in the back, which gives a sense of spaciousness and excellent listening comfort, but it is easy to feel a lack of power and dynamics, which is a drawback. The overall package and build quality is high, and it will give you enough satisfaction for the price.
